The reason is simple. Surface-level programs don't address what's actually driving the problem. The beliefs, the resistance, the deeply held patterns that keep people, teams, and entire cultures stuck.

I spent 25 years in the corporate world watching this cycle repeat. And I spent the last 15 years learning how to break it.

My work sits at the intersection of corporate strategy and human transformation. I bring the business fluency of someone who lived inside organizations for decades, combined with deep expertise in how people actually change at the belief and behavioral level.

What I've found through years of working with individuals and leadership teams is that real transformation takes 60 to 120 days. Not because change is slow, but because there are layers of resistance that need to be worked through honestly. A one-hour session will never get there.
