25 years inside corporate organizations. 15 years guiding individuals and leadership teams through genuine, lasting transformation. I know what it's like to sit in those boardrooms, carry that pressure, and watch well-intentioned programs fall flat.
My corporate career spanned 25 years across HR, pensions and benefits, disability management, and large-scale system implementations. I led teams through complex change, navigated high-pressure environments, managed difficult personalities, and built processes that actually worked.
I was good at it. And I also knew something was missing — not just for me, but for the organizations I worked inside. The real barriers to performance were rarely the strategies or the systems. They were the people leading them, and the invisible patterns, fears, and beliefs that shaped every decision, every conversation, and every culture.
Over 15 years ago, I began developing a methodology that combines deep behavioral and mindset work with hard-won corporate experience. Not theory. Not frameworks borrowed from a textbook. A lived understanding of what organizations actually need — and what it genuinely takes to shift a culture from the inside out.
That methodology is now Be Brilliant: Culture by Intention.
Deep experience in HR leadership, pensions, benefits, and disability management across complex organizational environments.
Led collaborative projects and system implementations across diverse teams, managing competing priorities and high-stakes timelines.
Specialized in navigating personality conflicts, streamlining communication, and building processes that brought people together rather than pulling them apart.
My work sits at the intersection of corporate strategy and human transformation. I bring the business fluency of someone who lived inside organizations for decades, combined with deep expertise in how people actually change at the belief and behavioral level.
What makes this different is not the content — it's the depth. A one-hour session, a wellness day, a keynote — none of these reach the layer where real change happens. Real behavioral change takes 60 to 120 days to overcome resistance, shift ingrained patterns, and create something that actually holds.
I speak the language of boardrooms, HR departments, and leadership teams. There is no translation needed — I have lived the pressures, the politics, and the performance demands.
I work at the level where real change happens — examining the beliefs, patterns, and resistance that shape how people lead, communicate, and perform under pressure.
I don't deliver programs and move on. I partner with one organization at a time, staying present through the full transformation so the change actually holds.
My measure of success is not how the session felt in the room. It is what is different six months later — in how people lead, how teams function, and how the culture shows up every day.
My greatest joy is witnessing the moment a leader realizes the ceiling they thought was fixed was actually something they had the power to move. That moment of clarity, confidence, and possibility — I have never tired of it.
I work with organizations because I believe that when the people at the top genuinely shift, everyone below them gets to breathe differently. The culture changes. The performance changes. The retention changes. And people start showing up not because they have to, but because they want to.
That is what Be Brilliant: Culture by Intention is built for. And it is why I will only ever work with one organization at a time — because this work deserves full presence, not a template.
Every partnership begins with a conversation. No pitch, no proposal — just an honest discussion about where your organization is and what lasting change could look like.
